Madden 24 - Error "Unable to Complete Transaction..."

Unable to make coin purchases after I bought the Fan ap ultimate giant pack in Mut. It took my 12000 Microsoft points and the pack was removed from store and I never received or a msp return causing an error that won’t allow me to even make coin purchases. It simply says that my last transaction is still pending please try again. Here it is a week later and the pack is finally back but at a cost of 9500 msp and yet I still haven’t received a refund or my missing content. Please help
