Madden 24 Ban Dispute
I find myself in a frustrating situation with Madden's Terms of Service team. I've been a part of this community for over a decade, and I've always played by the rules. Unfortunately, my account was banned on 9/14/2023, and I've tried to dispute the case three times without any success. I'm reaching out here in the hope that someone might have advice or insights on what to do next.
To provide some context, I've never engaged in any activities that violate the Terms of Service. I don't have a farm account, I've never intentionally de-synced a game, and I've never purchased coins from external websites. I've put in over 130 hours into Madden 24, and I've invested my own money into building my team with cards. This sudden and unexplained ban has left me frustrated and feeling unfairly treated.
I've attempted to contact Madden's support team multiple times to understand the reason for my ban, but they have yet to provide any clarity on which Terms of Service rule I supposedly violated. It's been a disheartening experience, and I'm at a loss for what to do next.
Has anyone been through a similar situation and successfully resolved it? Do you have any tips on how to get unbanned or, at the very least, recover the money I've invested in the game?

If you have already reached out to our TOS team keep an eye on your EA account email for any communications. Please note, that not all bans will appear in your account's Ban History.
