Madden 24 Closed Beta asking for another redeem code

I am playing the Madden 24 closed beta on PC. I redeemed the beta code through the EA app which gave me access to the beta installation. I was playing for a couple days, but I got bothered by missing textures and other visual errors in the game. I went ahead and repaired the installation through the EA app, but then found that this wasn't enough to fix the problem. I went ahead and tried to install the game again in hopes of fixing the problem, and upon opening the game, I was prompted to enter another test code. I had already redeemed the beta code through the EA app and I can't redeem it again in-game. I can't play access the game without a valid test code. I'm using the same account and PC that was used the first time installing.
