Madden 24 Face Of Franchise

Why does my madden 24 LB Face of Franchise player & progress keeps deleting & I have to re sign and start all over or it just completely changes my position to QB and wipes away all progress? Is anyone else experiencing the same problem? How can I fix this? ITS VERY VERY FRUSTRATING !!!!
