Madden 24 Franchise Mode Bug- injuries disappear once in a game

I’m playing in a offline franchise and am currently in week 9. I have 3 players injured- 2 on IR and 1 just injured. Once I go inside a game all players including ones on IR are eligible to go in the game and my injury report says there is nothing.
