madden 24 pc.. max stats on teams every season?

why is it that on madden 24.. every season. ALL the teams seem to have VERY close to MAX stats on ALL players?? is that normal or did i change a setting inadvertently?? i am playing on rookie setting. but it seems pretty much all the teams i paly have skills for all players in the 90's?? the other versions of madden i have played never seemed to have that..  now its just automatic..
