Madden 24 pc memory leak?
I've been having an issue for a while now and need to see if anyone else is dealing with it.
On the PC side of things, it would seem that there is a memory leak or something that mimics it a quite a bit. From the surface it would seem that M24 is just fine with the game looking and playing the way that it does. However, I've been trying to record my games with OBS and am having great difficulty getting a clean recording. For the first few minutes of the recording, the game looks and plays normally. About 6-7 minutes in and I can see small micro-stutters in my recordings both when I can see it in the OBS preview screen and in the playback of the recording in VLC.
Then at about 11-12 mintues I have a stuttering mess on my hands. Now I tried to recreate the stuttering issue in other games and just recording my screen using You Tube footage as the source. I have found no other source that will duplicate the micro-stuttering as I have when I record my M24 game footage. Thus my belief that it has to be a Madden thing. I remember having this issue to a smaller degree in years past with the Madden series.
I need to find out if others are having this problem as well and if they are has anyone found a solution to the problem that they can share?
