Madden 24 Superstar gear not saving for the game

I have 2 created players, one wideout and one Qb of course. On my wideout i changed the gameday gear to be a riddell axium and a schutt f7, dependent on home or away and I load into games and it works. However, on my second player (QB) I changed the helmet, arm sleeves, and cleats but they do not load into the game. My player wears the basic schutt vengeance and no arm accessories, anybody know a fix?

    All I had to do to fix this was close the app and restart it. Must’ve not saved correctly while having the game open still.

    I kinda have the same issue when when I play a game I have full arm sleeves. I don't put them on but they just put it on me.
