So I just finished season 2 on my superstar RB, the game traded me (MVP of the league… no words… I digress) but the mode still says I’m on my old team. I can’t customize any gear for my new team. I can play games for my new team but I have zero customization now. Please help! I am disappointed that is even an issue.
I am having the same exact issue. I started rookie season as a Raiders HB. Starting season 2 my character was suddenly on the Broncos. I don’t think it was a trade. I think the game is glitched. The system still shows that I am on the raiders but on game day my player is with the Broncos.
All workouts and warmups pregame have disappeared as well. My character is now level 30 and I really don’t want to start over again.

Same issue as last year. I would’ve thought since they changed the mode up somewhat they would’ve addressed this nasty bug as well as the other bug of randomly deleting your progress and you have to start over from the combine. That just happened to me today smh. Hope a patch is actually released to addressed these things unlike last year.

Happened to me too but I think it’s because you are still under your original contract. After playing the additional 2 seasons and traded to a new team again I was able to view the new uniforms
Same issue here. In addition with losing the practice activities along with the loss of the customization. It's really sad to see these simple things not only, not be fixed, but that they are an issue at all.
Please tell me this was fixed with the new title update from yesterday?
Right now it’s 10/21/2023 and I just won the SB with the panthers in superstar mode as a HB. Now I’m just randomly with the chiefs… (I guess I won’t complain about the team lol but mahomes isn’t even the qb) when I boot up madden and sign in to superstar mode it still shows me in panthers uniform and still says Carolina panthers. At first, I figured that well I guess they just traded me (even tho in real life that would never happen. I just took them to the SB in either my rookie or sophomore season) but yeah this is weird. I can mess with my uniforms but it’s still panther uniforms. Not chiefs. So even after the last few updates, this is still the same and there is still no explanation as to why I’m on a different team and as to why it still says I’m with the original one.
same thing just happen to me, 11/6/23, just finishedy rookie contract and signed with the bears and now it forcing me to retire. Show me as a Patriots uniform but in depth chart shows bears
