Madden 24 will not allow me to play a human player on my profile, see more info

I have already worked with Xbox support and they determined it was a madden 24 only issue.

any other profile loaded on my Xbox can play pvp but mine kicks me out to the Xbox Home Screen, does not matter if it is a quick match or in franchise 

my profile on other Xbox’s dos the same thing

I can play all other aspects of franchise mode in a league with no issues, other games play online with other people with no issue

things I’ve already checked/done…gamepass is active and was renewed 11/2023 for 1 year, deleted my profile and reinstalled, deleted the game and reinstalled, deleted local files, checked multiplayer setting is allow, I did also reset router and check connections etc. But as I mentioned anyone else with a different profile can play with no issue and my issue is not only present on my Xbox but anyone else’s as well if I try to login somewhere else.

please help me get this fixed, I’ve been playing in leagues for years and now am stuck
