Apologies for the delay to confirm is the only graphic card in your system the "Intel(R) HD Graphics 4600"?
If so, the minimum requirement for Madden 24 is an NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 Ti or an AMD Radeon RX 570. For more information on system requirements check our EA page here:
