DAY 8 SINCE THE UPDATE AND THE PROBLEM IS STILL THERE, NOTHING HAS CHANGED AND EA HAS STILL NOT ACKNOWLEDGED US ALTHOUGH THIS THREAD HAS OVER 100 POST NOW !!!!
When i 1st made this thread i was just hoping it wasnt me because i KNEW my internet connection was top notch and i have it hard wired with an ethernet. Now with this overwhelming response they know they have a problem so in typical EA fashion they just ignore us. E-mail and LIVE CHAT are cut off of the EA support page so good luck in touch with them.
As far as the youtubers go, those dudes make a TON of money of the gamn but whats more they make a TON of money off of us. With us the "people" watching their videos they would have to get a REAL job like the rest of us. They are on PS5 and its not effecting them so they could care less. If just ONE of them made a video addressing this it would help and probably force EA's hand. I have e-mailed and posted on the videos of Popular stranger, zirksee, gutfoxx,the actual CC,Dmoney and swift. All with tons of followers and not a single mention or response from ANY of them, not a peep. You can surely bet though that if this was happening on PS5 they would raising holy hell. Just kinda crappy that NONE of them are willing to help. I suggest that ALL of you blow up they e-mail, twitter and their videos till we force someone to address this.
I just wanna play the damn game that i paid the SAME EXACT amount for that PS5 users did. They need to support the game or dont sell the freagin thing and give us our money back. We are a full week behind now and looks like Most Feared is gonna pass us by as well. Im keeping up with challenges but as far as keeping track of objectives or God forbid trying to use the auction house the game is basically unplayable and the MOST frustrating thing ive ever had to deal with. How a company can function and treat their customers like this i have no clue.
I was on the phone with SONY support yesterday for over an hour an half and due said that it wasnt them that it was EA and EA is saying its SONY !! he told me that their servers are fine and to wait a few days. WELL ITS DAY FREAGIN 8 NOW !!!!!
so for now
- keep calling SONY
- try and get a hold of EA, good luck
- contact youtubers and blow up their e-mails and videos
- spread this link far and wide
- when you play people online, pause the game and give them the link
DO SOMETHING EA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They left no other option but to report them to the FTC. Reporting to the BBB is like slapping Putin with Sanctions. From my point of view EA has has committed Fraud and Deception by selling this product to PS4 and Xbox 1 users. Knowing full well that they would just walk away from it. They could address the issue plus fix it, or address the issue and offer refunds because they honestly don't want to deal with it.
yeah now that this post has over 120 replies they realize im sure that they have a BIG problem and they apparently dont know how to fix it so they are gonna blame SONY and SONY will blame EA. Same old song and dance. Im so glad that i actually took the time and make this thread instead of just throwing my hands up. Now they have a problem. I am still holding out some small amount of hope that they will do a new update today with Most Feared to address this but i doubt it.
EA's business practice is ignore, ignore, re route, blame others and repeat. I mean they took the time to take my original post and merge it with someone else's in effort to bury it but they cant come on here and acknowledge that we even freagin exist. I mean there are MANY topics on this forum with just 3 or 4 or even less replies and they pop on there addressing their problem and getting info. NOT this one though, someone high up must of told them to ignore us. The next thing that is likely to happen is they will just delete this whole thread entirely. Cant have a thread goin with this MANY pissed off customers
