Yeah I have also got the same response last year. Everyone notice how quick they jumped on that xp glitch last night? Quick with that but nothing on this problem.

The game is the same, no change. Still the skull wrenching 20-30 second lag on EVERYTHING ! Buying anything out of the auction house is murder and you forget about doin any sniping. Yeah EA is super quick when we find a loophole that benefits us and hurts their money but completely IGNORE a topic with 159 responses. By the far the most in the section. I mean when you google MADDEN 24 HORRIBLE LAG, our thread comes up 1st ! maybe thats the problem in itself. They can't fix it and thats why they ignore us. Im starting to believe that they REALLY are not going to do a damn thing about this and we are screwed. I have a feeling this is the way its gonna be for us lowly PS4 users. The PS4 orphans LMAO
Don't forget xbox......took me literally 35 minutes to buy Josh Allen and get an x factor on him.......then another 20 to get in a game.
Constant 30-40 second lag on everything you do, not to mention the stuck on blank screen from time to time that requires relaunching the game.

Everyone here needs to file a complaint with the FTC. EA knows what they did. We are getting the raw end of the stick here. Madden copies are still in stores and in the PS store. Just imagine all the people that will buy this product since we are getting into Holiday Season. They will be buying a broken product.
EA is really milking the poor cow 🐄 of every last drop of milk they can get. FTC had no problems going after Epic (Fortnite). I'm sure they wouldn't have issues looking into EA. They even might go after them for more than just Madden. Possibly FC24 as well, and looking back into their previous titles.

Just filed my report with the FTC. Don't know if it'll do anything, but I feel better.

I haven't gotten today's day on most feared calendar. Hoping it updates at 130 since that was when promo started. I`I'm gonna give them maybe a week more before I start hounding them for a refund.

No to top it all off loading into most feared trick or treat games with no lineman and game crashing....sigh...this game is just plain broken. I have already asked for a refund do we will see where that goes.
And I would totally understand and agree with you if it was like 10 or 20 PlayStation 4s i. But. It's every one of them...and and every old Xbox. It's the no response and flat out gnoring everybody. Like do they need to hire some people back there. I have to be perfectly honest and blunt there's a couple people back there just suck at this.
The fact that there is not a single comment from EA on a 17 page post is very telling. I switched to madden from nba2k this year because of game issues and lack of support...in all honesty ea might be worse and I can't believe I just wrote that. Absolutely shameful what they are doing.
They have lost a customer. I refuse to put more time into a game that is obviously an after thought in EAs mind. Refund request already started.
the gameplay isnt too bad. I just like playing football period. Ive actually been playing a lot of franchise lately and its pretty cool. I love playing MUT but this whole lag situation is having me pull my hair out. Its takes soooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo loooooooooooooong to do ANYTHING on the game. I make my coins by sniping and working the auction house cause i cant afford to buying packs all the time. That aspect of the game is all but lost, IMPOSSIBLE to snipe cards when there 20-30 second lag. So now i cant even make coins.
still cant believe its DAY 9 and we have post going on 170 replies and these EA clowns have yet to a say a single word to us. Shame on them, if nothing else this thread has FULLY exposed just what a horrible company they are
maybe all of us should start a franchise league ? that could be fun

Came back just too say ( nothing was fixed f me) I'm pretty sure I read yesterday at 3oclock the fix was on the way. We'll I didn't expect it and pf course never came. I am suffering same issue, the lag on MUT makes it virtually unplayable. Been playing it for a week and keep hoping a fix will he implemented by EA.
This is my first time on since Tuesday and still having the same issues as everybody else on PS4 and Xbox One. I have been emailed back numerous times and I even was on a chat with someone also and it should be fixed with the next title update that was supposed to be dropping soon does anybody know any information on that?
