Restore you license. I just fixed mine is working now.
Go to Settings in your PS4 menu.
Account management
Restore Liscenses
Reboot PS4

That works sometimes. I think I figured out that it mainly works when you first log on.. After you've been playing for a little bit. It's slow as a sloth crossing the street.
I will try the method above if I need to adjust the lineup next.
