As we reflect on the broken promises of Madden 24 and look towards the horizon of Madden 25, I wish to articulate certain pressing concerns and opportunities for refinement.

1. Realism & Immersion: The absence of in-game commentators appearing visually during pre-game and halftime events detracts from the authentic broadcast experience we once cherished. Their presence not only provides critical game analysis but serves as a bridge between the real world and the virtual stadium.

   Suggestion: Could we also explore the inclusion of dynamic crowd reactions based on in-game events, sideline reporter interactions, and variable weather conditions impacting gameplay?

2. Value Proposition: With an annual commitment of $70, the expectation is that each installment surpasses its predecessor. Regrettably, recent offerings have felt more like lateral moves rather than forward leaps. It's crucial for Madden 25 to delineate itself as a genuine advancement.

3. Legacy & Tradition: The Madden series isn’t merely a game; it’s a legacy built upon years of trust and feedback from its ardent community. Stripping it of its defining features feels antithetical to its storied past.

   Suggestion: Perhaps a mode where players can relive iconic moments in NFL history, challenging them to either recreate or alter the course of football history.

We have consistently voiced our desires and recommendations, only to feel, at most times, unheard. This isn't a new wave of feedback; these are sentiments echoed over many years, and it's high time they're addressed.

1. Dynamic Player Relationships and Morale:

   • Genuine player reactions to team performance, contract situations, and coaching decisions would provide a more in-depth and realistic management challenge.

2. Enhanced Scouting and Drafting:

   • The college scouting process remains superficial. Attending college games or the Combine, deeper draft day experiences, and real-time trade negotiations are aspects we've yearned to see for years.

3. Front Office and Media Dynamics:

   • Press conferences and media management are vital aspects of modern-day NFL. Our decisions should influence team morale, fan engagement, and even player recruitment. It's an immersion factor that's been notably absent.

4. Stadium Atmosphere and Management:

   • Variability in attendance based on team performance and ticket pricing, adding another layer to team revenue and fan engagement, would elevate the experience.

5. In-depth Contract Negotiations:

   • Delving deeper into the complexities of NFL contracts, such as guaranteed money, incentive-based bonuses, and options, would bridge the gap between Madden and real-life NFL management.

6. Coach & Staff Development:

   • The coaching and backroom staff dimension remains untapped. Hiring and managing coordinators, position coaches, and medical staff with unique traits can redefine our approach to team management and strategy.

The overarching sentiment is clear: Madden's Franchise Mode is overdue for an overhaul. The community's feedback isn't a fleeting whim; it's a compilation of years of hopes and constructive criticism.
