Madden 25 Keeps Crashing

Xbox Series X Madden 25 keeps crashing in Superstar mode. I’ve uninstalled then reinstalled the game. Rotated my xbox’s mac address..made sure that my xbox is up to date. I’ve tried while being hardwired and on wifi. HELP!
