For anyone on Xbox hoping to get the content they paid for Monday on current gen, don’t hold your breath. I have gotten the runaround for five days from EA Help but I finally got an authentic response (below) from EA Help last night. Short story is there is no solution and no timeline and they have repeatedly refused to refund my purchases that are locked on Xbox One:
