Missing Content: RG3

I have received an email within the last 10 minutes from EA regarding my issue of never receiving the Robert Griffin III player item or stickers. The email stated that the “Robert Griffin III player item will be granted to your team after logging into MUT just after Campus Heroes goes live on 1:30pm, August 31st”… clearly I am aware of this, and it didn’t happen. Please help me resolve this issue once again, because there seems to be nothing being done to help me acquire my missing items. I’m just being told information, not how to solve the issue.
