I recently upgraded to the next gen, Xbox Series X and I've lost all of my MUT players, currency and items. Some were exclusive such as the 88 Micah Parsons from the twitch event. Wondering how I can go about getting these items back.
Is there a way to possibly trade cards to my new account? Or sell them to myself from the old gen to the new gen?
@Liam160Lno, you only can play the last gen version to play with your "old" team.
I’m missing all my rewards from completing the theme team all stars challenges, 2 season 7 tokens, and the 99 Aidan Hutchinson out of the set I completed and EA says they can’t find any info on this, and yet I show them proof of what level I’m on season 7, showed them them where I only received one theme team all star token showed them everything and they still have yet to make it right they keep saying it’s fixed then say they can’t find anything keep giving me the run around this is the worst year I’ve had with Madden and I’ve been playing madden since the very first game it’s ridiculous that they can get away with just taking peoples money or the items they’ve earned by playing and completing sets
