Missing Weekly Wildcard Welcome Token

I have just recently completed all the solo challenges to get 14 out of the 15 tokens needed to complete the weekly wildcard token exchange set but realized that I never received a weekly wildcard welcome token or welcome card instructions to complete the set. I was wondering if there is any way that I can receive that or get that additional token that was supposed to be given to everyone.
