monster morph
I am level 15 in my Most Feared Field Pass, and I still have not received the Monster Morph Strategy Items. What’s going on?

Can anyone please help me out to get to the hq or someone who developed the game so i can get my items from most feared strategy itrm
I have earned the 2,000 treats and the strategy items but I have still yet to receive them on my account. How do I receive them?
Same and EA is not helping at all

Most Feared Strategy Items
The Most Feared Strategy items will be available in the Most Feared Field Pass Level 4 Reward Pack and only apply to Challenges, Solo Battles, and H2H events. All items with their boosts AND nerfs are listed below:
- Contemptible Coverage
- Boosts: +10 MCV, +10 ZCV, +10 PRC, +10 PRS
- Nerfs: -10 STR, -10 TAK, -10 CTH, -5 JMP
- Halfback Havoc
- Boosts: +10 TRK, +10 BTK, +10 SFA
- Nerfs: -20 JKM, -20 SPM, -10 COD
- Menacing Monolith
- Boosts: +20 Height, +20 CTH, +10 PBK, +10 JMP
- Nerfs: -20 STA, -10 AGI, -10 SPD, -20 PMV, -10 TRK
- Receiver's Ruin
- Boosts: +20 CIT, +15 SPC, +10 TUP, +10 DAC

- @rolltideroll1990 Same. Never received the Strategy Item Pack from Level 4 so can't play Squads. Opened a case at EA Help. Nobody ever responded and then it was just marked "Fixed" and closed. Follow up emails have been unanswered. Worse customer support ever. They essentially give you no recourse at all.
I have been going back and fourth with EA thru email. They are useless.
EA - let us know you are aware of this issue. If you won't do anything to address it, at least tell us that. The lack of response and respect is mind blowing.
Still waiting for this to be addressed. As well as the rewards for missing exp etc to be provided.
