Monster strategy card

I guess EA just doesn't care about the players at all. Still no fix for us who haven't received the monster strategy card despite being past level 4 in the most feared field pass. I created a case a week ago and 4 different people asked for the same information but no one has fixed it yet or given me the card. I guess if we aren't paying for it then screw us right? I wish we could petition the NFL to change their contract with EA so other companies can make this game. I guess we will have to wait to play MUT squads until after Halloween since they're not fixing it. That's literally the only game mode that's worth it to play in this game. I was given a link to look for answers in this discussion by EA Help. Only to find posts about the same issue with no fix. Thanks EA for treating your players like you care! *sarcasm*

    I just received the run around from customer support too. We did pay for this, we paid to be able to play multi player and we cannot without this pack. It's ridiculous that they haven't don't anything about it yet. Release a pack in the store or something, anything! Here is the response I received about an hour ago. 

    "Thank you for contacting EA Help. My name is -- and I would assist you today with your concern.

    Having gone through your email, I came to know that most Feared Strategy Pack not appearing. I am sorry you have had to deal with this, please do not worry I will try to help you with this.

    I checked with my resources and got to know that this looks like a bug and I would suggest you to report this on our EA forum through the link and you may receive an update for this from the EA officials/community managers.     Thanks again for contacting EA help. Please feel free to contact us whenever you need our assistance. We will be more than happy to assist you."

    Due to a glitch I never received my strategy card pack (monster morphs) for most feared.



    I wasn’t able to search for a game but my friends were able to invite me.



    After the recent update were they fixed a glitch I am now unable to play squads at all even if my friends invite me.



    A message pops up (This event is unavailable).



    I can still play every other game mode (I only play squads really lol)



    Any help would be appreciated because this is sucks I really love squads.



    I submitted a ticket via EA but have been going back and fourth with them the past couple of days with 0 help.
