MUT Squads Play a friend not working

Can you not play MUT squads play a friend?? Anytime me and my other friends use a code to play Dous it gets stuck in a loading screen and never lets us play. Any advice?????

    HI @tylichjacob Thanks for the update!

    First, for both your device and your friends, I would recommend trying the following steps and then checking if either of you continues having the same issue:

    • Quit the game and other running apps from Quick Resume (For Series X|S consoles)
    • Remove any connected device, or additional USB's from the console then restart the Xbox and check
    • Check for updates 
    • Try the steps in our Connection and Advance Connection Guides 
    • Open you're Xbox NAT Type
    • Change DNS settings (You can use the public google DNS primary: 8.8.8.8, secondary: 8.8.4.4, unless there is a different DNS you would rather use)  
    • Persistent Storage 
      • Go to settings > Select Device & Connections > Then Blue-Ray 
      • Select Persistent Storage > Clear Persistent Storage 
    • Alternate Mac: 
      • Go to settings > Select General  > Then Network settings 
      • Go to advanced settings > Alternate Mac address > Select clear 
      • Select restart

  • Are you getting an error message? No, when me and my buddys ready up with the password for squads play a friend, it gets stuck on a loading screen. It never lets us play.
  • Which modes does this happen in? MUT Squads play a friend
  • Does this happen when loading into a specific more or performing an action in a mode? No, it’s happens once both squads put in the password to the private match.
  • Does this happen to any other account on the device? No
  • How long are you playing until this happens? It happens everytime we try it
  • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive? Internal
  • What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot) wired
  • Is anything else happening? No just that it will never load us into a game
  • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: we’ve all retired our line ups, rebooted the game, and even unplugged the Xbox and our internet then tried. It does it every time.
  • If possible, share a Screenshot or
