Never Received A Welcome Pack for Campus Heros Event for RG3

I have a problem that hopefully can be fixed someway. Since Campus Heros event dropped I've never received a welcome pack containing RG3. Because of this I am not able to work on objectives that are ...

It would be nice to get a response from someone about this.  I also never received the Campus hero welcome pack with the RG3.  I contacted EA Help and they told me to post on this forum because they "don't have the ability to grant cards".  This is beyond frustrating.   EA help is never helpful

I never received it either, my buddy keeps trying to tell me I must of sold him ahah like dude I know I never even got him or the pack, have they resolved this issue yet?
