Hey Everyone,
Thanks for letting us know about running into issues with Crossplay on PC.
If you are still not seeing crossplay matches please let us know the following:
Would it be possible to get more information on this?
- Client:
- EA ID:
- Are you getting an error message?
- Which modes does this happen in?
- Are you trying to join a friend, or play with a random player?
- Does this happen to any other account on the device?
- What type of network are you using? (Wired, Wireless, Hotspot)
- Is anything else happening?
- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
- If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
- If on PC, please share a DxDiag and an EA app Error ID
We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

- 2 years ago@EA_Illium I've also been playing since launch and have not had a single crossplay match with crossplay enabled on PC

Nothing else is happening. I just load and load until they get kicked and then it immediately loads me into the game.
I have reinstalled the game, tested my network and changed connection types and checked my anti-virus and firewall settings to ensure they are not interfering.
There isn't a screenshot.

- Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue: Crossplay on, verifying integrity of game files
Can this issue please be solved. Only matching up against the same people over again in a row is not fun, what is the point of having crossplay if it cant be used.

Yeah my name is Asap_FilthYx and I play on pc and everytime I play h2h they all have the ea symbol and my cross play is turned on what’s going on I’ve been complaining about this for weeks now and nothing changes can you guys please fix the problem I just don’t understand,
- 2 years ago@EA_Illium this has been an issue for me as well, and if you look on reddit people over there are having the same issues on pc.
I have faced players on different platforms when playing mut squads, but I have only ever faced one opponent on a different platform in 1 v 1 game modes, every other person has been pc and I've played probably about 50-60 seasons and mut champs games in ultimate team. Sometimes I'll be stuck in a queue for over a minute searching for an opponent since it goes out of its way to find a pc player. This is especially an issue when playing superstar KO since I was only able to play my first game the other day and after that it couldn't find anyone for me to match against since it will not match me up with playstation or Xbox players. Please fix this, crossplay was promised to pc players this year and it clearly isn't working yet.
