Option to hide player ratings

Option to hide ratings: I think you could make Coach/franchise mode more realistic, challenging and fun by providing the option to hide player ratings. As 'coach' you would have to use replay to see who screwed up or made a great play to try to figure out your best players. Perhaps a points in the season you could get feedback from your coordinators about one or two players either really coming along or sliding into the toilet. I suggest this because sometimes I see a guy who may not be rated very high, but replays show him doing great things inconsistent with his rating.
