@moneymills316 probably late but you can hold B on PS5 to force the game back after holding B for 30-45 sec. You cancel - then when the pop up says you can't cancel then hold B for the allotted time and should work. I don't know the button on Xbox though
O on PS / Prob B on Xbox I had to look it up online myself as I was in the same sit last week.
This didn't work. On ps4 on pause right now.
