Player card glitch

When editing players equipment/numbers it sometimes removes their photo and uses their current player models face as if it was a created player/drafted player. I never adjust physical sliders, face models, or even enter that tab in edit player yet it still occurs.

Has anyone else come across this or is this a me issue?
