Pre-determined Games
By the first quarter I can figure out if I am going to win a game or not. If my 90 rated QB inexplicitly throws INT's or misses wide open receivers. Regardless of what plays I call on defense, the CPU knows exactly the play I called and has a perfect play called to beat it. Or better yet, audibling the instant they come out of the huddle before they even see where I am lined up.
I can't tell you how much that ruins my experience. Does you AI modeling or any other modeling take into account HOW someone is playing when determining outcomes of plays? I have a 92 rated DT who gets consistently bullied 10 yards down the field. The opposing center is a 72. I have called all out blitzes and the opposing RB has a 5 yard hole to run through. When the outcome is predetermined, what is the player supposed to do?? Enjoy getting their * kicked for 60 minutes as their decisions don't matter in the outcome of the game?
I pray to the NFL gods they don't give EA the exclusive rights to the NFL again, because EA has vaporized my love of playing football video games.
Face of the Franchise is awful. save the memory space and reinvest it into making it closer to the NFL experience.
