Re: Can’t log in to ea madden 24

I’ve powered cycled my internet and Xbox for two minutes and still EA sports will not allow me to sign in. All other games work just fine. I’ve reset my password 10 times. Gives me the same error. 

That doesn’t work been doing that for the last 3 days and still get the same results. 

I’m having the exact same issue but on PS5. It says I’m not logged into EA servers and just won’t go anywhere. I’ve tried all the tips in here and nothing has worked.

Which Xbox? Regardless, I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up.

If that doesn't help, clear the alternate DNS with these steps:

1. Go to your Xbox Settings
2. Go to "Network", then "Advanced Network Settings"
3. Click on "Alternate MAC Address", and then click "Clear"

Let me know what happens.

Series X - same result. I can’t sign in to EAS.

I’m signed in to EAS and can access my account via other games, including Madden 22. Madden 24 is the only game I am having difficulty signing in to EAS.

Try deleting the personal saved data for Madden 24. To do that, please follow these steps. There is the risk of losing offline saves and changes to settings you've made. Normally, those download from the cloud, but I can't guarantee this.

1. Press the Guide button and then highlight the [TITLE] tile.
2. Hit the Menu button. It's the small one to the right of the Guide button with 3 horizontal lines on it.
3. Next, go to Manage game and add-ons > Saved data. Delete the file with your gamertag on it.

IMO it has nothing to do with power off modems etc. 

I can't access community files on my Xbox Gamertag, I logged out, logged my son in on his on the SAME Xbox. Loaded up Madden, boom, he has access to the Community Files. Nothing was reset, nothing was powered down.. It has to have something to do with the gamertag and ea accounts. Has to be! So frustrating. 

Madden 24 Franchise Mode is not responding, what's going on with the game? It Thursday 3/21/2024...🤔🤔

The PSN is currently down. You can keep an eye on its status here - https://status.playstation.com/. Once they resolve this issue, you should be good to play again.

I have done that already and other people are having the same problem. it happened when the new sugar rush promo dropped.

Can you give me more details? When are you getting the message saying you can't connect?

They are on Xbox one and ps5. it is every time you try to go into mut it started as soon as sugar rush promo went up. I was trying to buy the 1 coin pack the server went down and now it wont let me in to mut

Can you get me a screenshot of the error you're seeing?

As far as the person on PS5 goes, they'll need to wait until service is restored to the PlayStation Network before we can troubleshoot this.

Yea it started as soon as they dropped the sugar rush promo I was buying the 1 coin pack and it went out and now doesn't let me into mut at all and then once in a while will let me in only to kick me out with the same message.

I have confirmed there's an issue with this currently. We're working to resolve it as soon as possible.
