Hi Sir @EA_Mako , 

I have received the very same email from Electronic Arts as @Davz-SG.

i was impacted thru online franchise and I even have the 50%off make-good offers in my home menu on madden 23. 

All my friends that had the same problem as me in the very same franchise league that crashed already received their madden 24 beta code but I havent.

Could you please help me out ? i can show you both emails I received.

    I received this email from EA a while ago and so far I haven't received my beta invite or 50% off code.

    Hey @EA_Mako I also received the email about the beta code and 50% off and have yet to receive the code. Other people in the same league got the email and have also received their codes. Can you help out? Thanks

    Thanks for the beta code! When will I receive the 50% off coupon for Madden 24? (Again I play on pc and haven’t gotten anything)

    Unfortunately that's a bit of a different situation than we're discussing in this thread otherwise, and just signing up for the beta does not guarantee a code.

    Feel free to check through the last link in my previous post to keep an eye out for additional ways to get into the beta.

    @EA_Mako I also recieved the email in April stating I would recieve the beta code and 50% off, I have yet to recieve my beta code

    @EA_Mako Why exactly would you guys have a beta sign up if you’re not gonna let them play it ? As bad as a lot of our experiences were on madden 23 you’d think this company would learn but I guess not. This should’ve been an open beta imo. Please don’t take this as a jab to you cause it’s not, we as a community are just fed up. Hopefully us peasants will get an opportunity to play this beta to see if they actually fixed the issues in franchise mode and the countless other issues.

    @EA_Mako My account was also affected by the franchise but I don't see the coupon or code. Were PC players included in this?
