Community ManagerRe: Madden 24 Missing Season 5 Set Tokens

Thank you for all the info and screenshots you've shared with us here. It's been helpful for us as we've been investigating and testing this.
It seems like there has been some confusion on what's going on with these sets and in particular the Season 5 XP Token Exchange Milestone. Hopefully I can help clarify what looks to be happening here.
Other than the Season 5 XP Token exchange, there are four sets we're looking at here:
- S5 93 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (4 Repeats) - Requires 1 token
- S5 94 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (2 Repeats) - Requires 2 tokens
- S5 95 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (No repeats) - Requires 3 tokens
- S5 97 OVR BND Player Fantasy Pack (No repeats) - Requires 4 tokens
I've seen a few people mentioning that the 93 OVR Fantasy Pack Set only has 3 repeats, but that's not the case. Here's a screenshot from an account that hasn't completed any of the S5 sets to show that there are 4 repeats:
If you're only seeing 3 repeats on that set, it means that you've completed it once, and you would have spent one of your tokens on that Set.
Also, the Season 5 Milestone only applies to the Season 5 XP Token Exchange Set. You would only get credit for that milestone if you complete that specific Set, not any of the other four Sets for Season 5.
From the examples we've reviewed, we haven't been able to find any cases where a token is missing without one of the sets being completed at least once.
I hope this helps to clarify what's happening here, and I appreciate everyone's patience with us as we've been looking into this. We wanted to be thorough with this to make sure we had a clear picture of what was happening.
