Re: Missing 500 Monthly EA Play Pro Points

Can we please get an update as to when we can expect our 4600 points? Kinda needed that to upgrade my team before the ladder play starts tomorrow. 

How are you even getting madden on pc to work? What are you system specs?

I'm missing mines aswell

Did you purchase the Deluxe Edition, or EA Play Pro Edition? 

With the Deluxe Edition, you get the 4600 Madden points, as detailed here. If you've got the EA Play Pro Edition, instead you'll be receiving 500 Madden points monthly, as detailed here. Have you not received your first installment of 500 points for this edition? 

This does not mention anything about 500 points a month. The 500 points a month is even available to the regular EA Play members that pay $4.99 a month. I pay $14.99 a month and it shows that the 4600 points are included plus I get the 500 a month. It's exactly the same as it was for Madden 23. When I logged into Madden 23 last year and saw the 4600 points I was very surprised because I hadn't read about it but when I checked on it, it did show that with my membership I get those points.

This is hindering my play, I took time off this week to grind, MCS ladders start tomorrow and my team is trash because I'm not spending $$ to buy packs. Please fix.

@EA_Solaire @ImWayTooSus this is exactly what I mentioned in my post. EA Play Pro edition came with the same stuff as the deluxe one, except that you dont own the game, so you cannot play without the subscription, which is obvious.

@EA_Solaire How do I get a hold of a member of management. I appreciate the information you're providing, but what was advertised on EA Play for EA Play Pro was the picture shown above. Even if someone tries to say that the 4600 points will be distributed 500 points at a time monthly that math doesn't add up, that would make it 6000 points for a year. Thanks.

@EA_Solaire can we somehow get this resolved or be informed if this will get resolved at all? For most of us, this is a deal-breaker, since we have to plan some spending in advance, and this is a major pain.

I completely agree. The graphics clearly shows that you will receive 4,600 from the Pro subscription!!!

This was basically a scam.

I have lost hope, for this being resolved, I believe it's false advertisement and a pure scam from the arm of EA, since it was obviously promised as a part of subsription, and made me decide on subscribing, instead of buying full game once. I will not be continuing the subscription, because of this situation and 0 constructive response either from support or CM's. Buying the full game is obviously off the table as well, because getting 1 month of EA Pro and then buying the full game is simply not worth it anymore. Either this or that, for me, and probably for others.

So this is it for me as a madden player, good luck to you guys and other PC players on getting this ever resolved, but I lost my patience. 

I dealt with this same thing last year. Don’t openly advertise the 4,600 points under the EA Play Pro Edition and confuse everyone. I figured it would be the same deal considering I spent hours dealing with it last year. It is clearly displayed it as a promotion for the Pro edition. Can’t believe based off of last year this wouldn’t have been changed.

Personally i have no confidence this will ever get resolved. This will be the reason i never renew my subscription. I got a year of pro cause i also wanted jedi survivor and to try immortals but this is flat out a scam and false advertising. They clearly show in the chart that pro edition gets everything deluxe does. All the additional ea play pro benefits like the 500 a month should be on top of the deluxe stuff as that is a way to push this newish subscription model. Honestly its not surprising that this happened nor does it surprise me that they won’t respond. EA doesn’t care about pc community especially when it comes to sports. U know their customer support is trash when they don’t have a server status page it seems, and their twitter help accounts don’t post when they have issues with games/servers. Trash company, trash games. Pathetic how people can support the egregious “pay to pay more” business models as i like to call them.

This is ridiculous. I’ve spent thousands on madden in the past and I’ll never be buying a game again. This experience has been horrible. 

Bumping this. EA still did not give content, that players P A I D for. This is NOTHING LESS than simply an extortion.

I have received 0 points what so ever. it's getting frustrating when i reach out to support i get some auto email. I'm over 20 emails. I have literally reached out once a day since day one and have got a single point. THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE. Also, i want the 4600 up front which is what we agreed to when i purchased the game, not 500 from now until next July. 500 points won't do me any good in July.
