- Go to the EA Help homepage.
- Select Madden NFL 25
- Select the "See all help topics"
- Select the option I'm looking for something I earned
- You should be able to choose from Chat or Email (options can vary)

- @EA_Illium I already have they told me it was brought up to the team and get no response. All I get is hey are you still needing help. The problem is an easy fix give me a service grant with a pack. #packstrike
