Reset superbowl wins madden 24

My record was glitch showing zeros across the board ever since it has reset my superbowl wins and dropped me from top 15 from the leaderboard i want to seenif i can have those back and be back up on the leaderboard or a big  accommodation due to you guys game issue please contact me asap please and thank yoy
