Returned Set did not return items

This is my second time filling this out but I’m gonna send it again and tag you bc there has been no fix and no one has reached out to me. I first posted this on 10/3 it is now 10/9. This is unacceptable. 

Hope whoever is reading this is having a good day I just really would appreciate some help. I am looking for help regarding the Mut 24 account on xbox under the username cfaz#8466. On 10/2, not exactly, but around 1:30 pm EST, I completed the Germaine Pratt 89 overall Gridiron Guardian set. I put into the set five 86s overalls which I bought all from action which I will list now.

N. Bosa 86 ovr bought for 95500
A. Beck 86 ovr bought for 90000
C. McCaffrey ovr 86 bought for 94450
M. Onwenu ovr 86 bought for 69950
W. Roaf ovr 86 bought for 73300

Total coins spent 423,200

Upon completion of this set, which was advertised as items returned upon completion, I did not receive any of those items upon completion of the set.

I would really appreciate some type of resolution to this problem, either my items returned, or the coins deposited into my account, something along those lines would really help me and I would appreciate. Also I would like to know how sets would move going forward am I just never going to get my guys back?

EA getting even greedier. Not even returning champion sets we build now is pathetic. Especially when it's a part of Madden and so many who spend money with them RELY ON THOSE RETURNED ITEMS. ITS ANOTHER F U to the community basically as if they already don't MAKE ENOUGH MONEY. Google what they made last year just in total in game content sold in Madden store it'll blow u away and yet they keep our Champion set items??? It's hurt everyone but EA Madden and at the end of the day THATS THE ONLY ENTITY they care about which clearly that's the message being sent rather meant that way or not. The games more card collecting and card art promo driven like Pokemon card collecting then football now. To worried about forcing out content to sale rather then keeping all game modes playable and functional. The Madden Community is shrinking over last 3 years especially and declining. Ppls sick of the slaps in the face. Aren't you???
