should I turn off salary cap to make deals?
seems that every team is way over the salary cap. what happens if I turn it off?

@Lewzinho7 ok great. so as the owner I won;t face any penalty or anything like that right?
- @jimmarshall not that I am aware of, I've played 32 user offline franchise for years where I control all 32 teams never had an issue with the cap off
