Any good advice on how to get Solo Battles to be available to play on XBOX?

I have found out that this is the reason. Solo battles have concluded for Madden 24 with the launch of Madden 25.

The solo battles button should currently be there. I'd like you to power cycle your equipment with the following steps: unplug your modem/router and console. After 2 minutes plug in the modem/router. Let them come back online completely. Then plug in your console and start it up. Let me know if that helps or not. Thanks!
I have a similar issue going on, I am only able to view My Rank and Top 100 for Solo Battles. The option to choose battles completely disappeared, unable to play at all. I tried uninstalling/re-installing but nothing changed
@EA_Aljo I have the same issue as OP on PS5. Followed your instructions listed above and also deleted and redownloaded the game. Still encountering the problem, any other advice ?
Also, half of the items from my “Store “are gone as well. Buttons and all.

@EA_Aljo I am playing madden 25, the problem listed is occurring on Madden 25.
