Was playing week 16 of my first season in Superstar mode and got disconnected from EA servers. So would of lost progress of that game. When i got back in and went to continue it asked me to start a new league, i quit but now my character is level 15 with all my stats i had but its back to week 1 before the combine etc. Did i just lose my progress for my first season??
I was level 60 as a CB and my CB had it's level at 60 despite a full player reset. Same **bleep** different day
Still no fix, now I cannot even contact them about the problem.
It's been obvious to me during my 7-8 chat sessions about the issue that the agents had absolutely no clue about how to solve it. Or they simply just don't care. I see that they are answering threads about MUT, maybe because this is where 80% of their revenue comes from 🙂
I purchased Madden for the first time in 16 years, but I think I will not make the same mistake again for another two decades.
No fix yet, I have already accepted (after chatting with countless EA people who kept on promising) that no help will come.
It just happened to me too.
I was a running back for the LA Chargers. Then suddenly, midway through my first season, I lost my team and got put back to before the combine and the draft. My stats and rewards still seem to be there, I "only" lost my team-related history.
The EA people I've been chatting with lately are promising help in the near future.
All I can do is hope.
Yes. Like last year, it’ll continue to happen 9/10. The only workaround is to not let Madden disconnect you from the servers. Do not leave madden on and go idle, always close the app completely. The bad thing is sometimes madden servers just disconnect and that could start you back at the combine.
I recommend just waiting and hoping for a patch but they didn’t do anything last year. You’d hate to make 2-3 seasons and something happens and you have to start over.

Yes. It’s over. Nasty bug since last year and I can’t believe they did not fix it. It’s going to keep happening.
