Recently I have been taking losses even after winning the game and I just won my Super Bowl but it gave me the loss. I have the video of the game and me winning but I received the loss. Would I be able to get rewarded properly or how can I fix this problem

I play on PlayStation 5 my username is Isssatrip00. I don’t get error messages unless I play for more then 2 hours at a time but I reset my application because that usually fixes the connection issues. This happens in squads and I am the only one taking losses after wins out of my friends. There’s times where I take both the win and loss, then there’s times where I only take the loss. I only play madden on the account so I don’t know if other games are having the same problem. If I play more then 2 games I close my application since I noticed it starts to lag and I get more error codes so it can refresh. I play from the internal storage and I use a wired internet but so does my friend and they don’t have this problem. I have tried closing the application and restarting it before each game but nothing seems to work. It is not letting me put the clip since the size of the clip is too large and when I shorten the clip it says unsupported extension type. I hope i can get this fixed the game is almost unplayable when I can’t get wins. Thank you for your help.
The game is borderline unplayable what’s the point of playing if I don’t get my rewards. I make playoffs every time with 2 losses off of games I didn’t even lose. Then I win a playoff game but still take the loss which restarts my season. There’s no point in playing online if I can’t win super bowls despite winning every game. I would really like to fix this problem so I can play the game again.
