Ultimate Legends. It won't let me play the Larry Wilson ones

I'm stuck in Ultimate Legends. It won't let me play the Larry Wilson ones. Either the loading screen never stops or I get a " the sever cannot process your request" message. I tried the chat with EA, useless, said to reset the Xbox One and reset it to factory settings but that didn't work. I can't find a way to email or speak with a person, any ideas? Help would be greatly appreciated.
