Ultimate team

I’ve been playing madden all day and night and have only leveled up once from level 8 to 9 in ultimate team and since reaching level nine I’ve played about 10 head to head matches (7 of which I won) and I still haven’t reached level 10 and this is odd because i normally level up after two or 3 matches until I reach about level 30 or so so it’s making me think my progression is stuck. And I also haven’t received my “touchdown pack” after completing the “all madden regular season”

    Would it be possible to get more information on this?

     

    • EA ID (PSN ID/Gamertag):
    • Which platform are you on?
    • Are you getting an error message?
    • Does this happen when loading into a specific mode or performing an action in a mode?
    • Are you playing from the device's internal storage or an external drive?
    • Please share any steps you've tried to far to resolve the issue:
    • If possible, share a Screenshot or Clip...
    • If on PC, please share a DxDiag file and an EA app Error ID Number

    We can use this information, to help make the team aware of the issue and to further investigate.

    @bigmxr you level up for completing objectives. if there are no objectives you can play for hours and hours and nothing will change...
