There is no home field advantage anymore
even though i have it selected to off its still working as normal in games for superstar mode

Same here, atrocious game mechanic, that mean't I used about 9 hours of last years trial. Thought I'd give this year's a go, especially when you could switch it off. However, no joy, only more bugs.
I am having this issue even in franchise.
I turned it off. It's still on. Franchise mode. Very frustrating. Easily my least favorite thing about Madden. Thought "Yay!! You can turn that off now!!". It's still on. Menu says it's off. Start a game, sure enough it's on, regardless.
Even when off, HFA is still active. This worked in the Beta and is the only reason I considered a purchase. HFA gimmick ruined franchise games last year and is terrible. Is this game even going to work right before January or is this a repeat disaster like last year?
At this point, I wouldn't pay more than $20 considering it's a broken game again on release day.
It absolutely ruins the Franchise game experience. After last year, I only bought it again BECAUSE everything I read said it could be turned off. Disappointing.
