Unable to Invite/Search for an Online League

Dear EA Madden 24 Support Team,

Since the release of this great game, I've been unable to play only one game mode and that is beyond me why I can't, thus the reason Im creating this Technical Issue Question.

Pros:

I'm able to create my own league Online and Offline play modes
Able to play and sim within the mentioned game modes above 

*:

CANNOT search any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours)

CANNOT join any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours)

CANNOT accept invites to any league public or private (It states "please wait" for mins even hours; have to dash & quit game)

Please help, small matter to you guys but It sucks not being able to play with my guys......PLEASE HELP A DEDICATED MADDEN PLAYER

• Which platform are you playing on? Xbox (newest console)

• What is your Xbox Gamertag/PSN ID/EA Account ID? xMRR1GHTx

• When did this start happening? If you can estimate the date, that would be helpful. 
  This has been an issue (“for me”) since release date of Madden 24… specifically 5 days after pre order customers 

• Are you able to accept or send H2H invites from other players? Yes, I’m able to send and accept

When you've got the chance, can you test something out for me? What happens if you try searching for a League or accepting an invite with a different Gamertag on your Xbox? We're hoping to find out if this only happens with your xMRR1GHTx account, or if you're still running into the same issue on a different profile. 

If you're able to give that a shot, please let me know how it goes.

Same issue. Next gen doesn’t allow me to use rosters but current gen does. Can’t even accept a league invite.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? log in press a error message - press ok select franchise go to accept/decline "please wait" league invites not there. EVERYTIME.
What happens when the bug occurs? "PLEASE WAIT" AND IM WAITING FOREVER FOR THE notification TO GO THRU

• Are you able to accept or send H2H invites from other players? No I’m not able to accept invites not online or franchise invites 

I’m running into the same issue. It’s been an ongoing email thread since 11/27.

I’ve uninstalled and re installed. 
I’ve cleared the cache. I’ve done every type of trouble shooting listed and sent to me nothing has worked. It’s the only game I have downloaded that I cannot play at all just wasting storage space.

not sure when it started but I noticed it about a month ago. Thought it was just a particular league. But now I tried a new league and it’s doing the same thing. 
And yes I can send invites

Every time I try to search for an online league I load and never am able to get off of the same screen unless I quit out of the app and I am losing my mind because I am trying to join a friends online league. I also can’t search for invites because it only loads and never actually goes further than that. Please fix this problem I am seriously starting to get annoyed because this shouldn’t be an issue.

When did this start happening: It has been a problem the entire time I had madden 24, so close to late September or early October.
