Unreceived content causing store error

Madden 24 accidentally dropped the fan appreciation giant bundle by accident for the first release of fan appreciation and I bought it yet received no content even when they finally dropped it the 2nd week. I’ve had an error in the store being unable to purchase anything with points,coins, or training and it’s frustrating. I’ve contacted EA help for two weeks with no help and I was repeatedly told the problem would be fixed in 24-48 hours or the team is working on it and it’ll be solved in the next coming days and nothing has happened. They scammed me out of $90 dollars and literally refuse to help. I usually wouldn’t do this much or even care because usually it’s fixed in 24-48 hours but for it to be going on 3 weeks and I can’t get help is trash and EA is garbage for not even having a real support team or a way to talk to people to help players with their issues. They instantly direct you to forums and steps to fix content and it doesn’t work I’m all the way fed up.
