This happened for me too. Honestly how does a game have this many bugs and issues this far into it? Gonna try the support chat and post updates
I watched the whole Kyle Pitts stream last night and i got the drops in my page on Twitch. I was able to claim all 4 of the packs and none of them have showed up in my account on Madden.
I watched the entire stream and even got the Superbowl twitch packs but no Kyle Pitts

i watched the whole stream yesterday and not a single reward and that was really upsetting and it says i earned them and i haven’t

Same happened with me. I "redeemed" multiple packs and MCS tokens, and watched the full time for the Kyle Pitts drop and have received nothing in game. My accounts are connected and I have received items in the past. Very frustrating. Has anyone received any fix for this issue?
