What do i do I emailed and everything and I still haven’t got my Odell

How do I get my Odell I emailed and I waited 24 hours I did everything still haven’t got my Odell card that I played over 90 games for please someone help this is so annoying

Please let me know if you find a solution. Same here.. won 90+ games… contacted support. Nothing. No Odell. Grinded 12 plus hours for the card and don’t have it…

I got my 80 wins 9 days ago. Emailed them about 30 times and all they did is sent me a survey asking me if they solved my problem.

I got this same problem haven’t got my Odell yet idk what EA is doing spent a lot of time grinding for that card.

Tbh I don't think we're going to get the obj card. Ea has terrible customer support. It's just pointless cases that don't allow you to resume. And emails asking if they fixed your issue while they did absolutely nothing to help. All that money and we still can't talk to a real person.

I’m still waiting!! Im been waiting for 3 weeks now! I’ve sent emails saying they need to give me my card and more. Just because the fact I won’t be playing with him when he’s one of the top wide receivers in the game! I keep getting an automatic response from them saying they’re looking into it! Every 2 days I go to my case I claimed and it says case completed! So I keep my another case. It’s bull *!
