Why is this game so bad on PC?

I have a $1500 gaming Republic of Gamers PC that plays games like RDR2, COD, Fallout, AC with ease on high settings. But on madden I turn everything to low or off, lock it to 60 fps or 30fps and I still lag constantly. This must be fixed look on Reddit so many people have the same issue. This is so stupid I paid $69.99 for this?
