Won’t buy another EA game

I’ve spent over 20 hours in Franchise after buying Madden a week ago and have had to restart 7 different times because of shotty quality control and programming issues that are completely unacceptable from a company that brings in millions. I get a few bugs will happen but they should be something that should be fixed immediately when it’s found out. But multiple issues and still I’m back at square 1 again.  
From having to leave Salary Cap “ON” because the game will glitch and drop all claimed athletes after preseason if it set to “OFF”, to spending 5 hours setting things up and trading and getting through preseason and being stuck with the computer generated draft class because it says I’m “off-line” so it won’t allow me to download a user-generated draft class, when I’ve been online continuously for over 8 hours, and not allowing me to revert to a different class. And I shouldn’t have to save ever 5 minutes in case something goes wrong so I can go back to previous “good” version.  
Won’t be subjected to hassles like this again.  
And it took close to a week to even find this forum after looking for days on EA’s site for customer service and finding a memo somewhere that EA says they don’t have time to look at all the issues brought by customers and thus don’t have service to address them.
