X Factor Abilities Are Not Showing Up In Game

Hey everyone, 


Thanks for all the info you've shared with us so far on this. 

There was something I was hoping to confirm. Are you seeing this issue in both The League and Showdown, or is it only happening in a specific game mode?

@EA_Kent This is happening in superstar mode and 3v3 - why is this taking so long to resolve? XFACTOR does not show up its that simple, please provide an answer.
